You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to open an account and use the gul91 platform. We verify age and identity through our KYC process.
Each player may hold only one active gul91 account. Duplicate accounts are a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated funds and access.
All promotional offers are subject to clearly stated wagering requirements published at the time of the offer. gul91 does not apply hidden conditions to bonuses after they are activated.
Withdrawals are processed to verified Indonesian bank accounts and e-wallets only. KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is approved.
gul91 reserves the right to void bets placed in error, at incorrect odds, or where the outcome of an event was known at the time of placement. Decisions on voided bets are final.

Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and gul91 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). If verification confirms the Player is under 21, the Account will be permanently closed and any deposited funds returned net of any winnings derived from Bets placed during the period of underage play.
3.1 To access the full range of gul91 services, you must register a personal Account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method.
3.2 You may hold only one Account on the Platform at any time. Opening duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms. gul91 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, void any associated Bets, and confiscate any Balance held in such Accounts.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must notify gul91 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
3.4 gul91 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the breach of security resulted from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
3.5 Account registration is free of charge. gul91 does not charge a fee for opening or maintaining a Player Account.
4.1 gul91 is required to verify the identity and age of all Players prior to processing a first withdrawal. KYC verification may also be triggered at any other time at gul91's reasonable discretion, including when a Player's account activity warrants enhanced due diligence.
4.2 To complete KYC verification, you will be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

4.4 Until KYC is completed to gul91's satisfaction, withdrawal requests will be placed on hold. Deposits and gameplay may continue in the interim, subject to applicable limits.
4.5 gul91 handles all KYC documentation in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for verification purposes and are stored securely.
5.1 All deposits to your gul91 Account must be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform. Currently accepted methods include local Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). International card deposits via Visa and Mastercard are available where supported.
5.2 The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your payment method and account verification status. Current limits are displayed at the time of deposit.
5.3 Deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. gul91 reserves the right to return funds and request documentation if the source of a deposit cannot be confirmed.
5.4 gul91 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which gul91 accepts no responsibility.
5.5 Deposits are credited to your Account balance in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Conversion fees may apply if the originating account is denominated in a different currency.
Deposit Responsibility: You confirm that all funds deposited to your gul91 Account are free from any criminal origin and that you are the lawful owner of those funds. gul91 cooperates fully with competent authorities in cases of suspected financial crime.
6.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to payment accounts registered in your own name and matching the details on your gul91 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
6.2 Withdrawals will not be processed until your KYC verification has been completed to gul91's satisfaction. Please refer to Section 4 for KYC requirements.
6.3 The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply and will be communicated to you at the time of request.
6.4 gul91 targets processing of withdrawal requests within five (5) minutes for standard bank transfers and e-wallet transactions during normal operating conditions. Processing times during periods of high volume, national holidays, or payment-provider maintenance windows may be longer. gul91 does not guarantee a specific processing time but will communicate delays where they are anticipated.
6.5 gul91 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of additional verification checks, including enhanced due diligence where required under applicable anti-money-laundering obligations.
6.6 If your Account is closed — whether by you voluntarily or by gul91 — any remaining real-money Balance (net of Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
7.1 gul91 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives from time to time. The specific terms governing each offer — including the wagering requirement, qualifying games, minimum odds, time limit, and maximum withdrawal from bonus-derived winnings — are stated on the individual promotion page and form part of these Terms.
7.2 Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement for bonus funds is 30x the bonus amount. Bets placed on certain game categories (e.g., low-RTP games, certain table games) may contribute at a reduced rate toward the wagering requirement. Contribution rates are listed on each promotion page.
7.3 Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
7.4 Bonus funds are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met in full. Bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity period.
7.5 gul91 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Promotions may not be combined unless explicitly stated.
7.6 gul91 reserves the right to decline a bonus request, reverse a credited bonus, or void bonus-derived winnings where it determines — in its reasonable discretion — that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any form of coordinated exploitation of promotional offers.
Seasonal Promotions: gul91 may run special promotions aligned with Indonesian cultural events and public holidays, including Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and Chinese New Year (Imlek). These promotions will carry their own specific terms published at the time of launch.
8.1 All Bets placed on the gul91 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, event, or game. These rules are accessible from within the game or market interface. In the event of a conflict between specific game rules and these general Terms, the specific rules shall prevail.
8.2 Sports Betting: Football markets — including 1X2, Asian Handicap, Over/Under, Both Teams to Score, mix parlay (accumulator), and voor bola (Asian Handicap points) — are governed by the applicable league rules and gul91's sportsbook rules. Coverage includes BRI Liga 1, English Premier League (EPL), La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, AFF Cup (Piala AFF), and other competitions listed on the Platform.
8.3 Live Betting: Odds on live (in-play) markets update in real time. Once a Bet is accepted and confirmed, the odds are locked. gul91 is not responsible for internet connectivity issues on the Player's side that result in delayed bet placement at odds that have since moved.

Where criminal activity is suspected, gul91 will report the matter to the relevant authorities and cooperate fully with any investigation.

11.2 gul91's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the date of the claim.
11.3 gul91 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform features.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit gul91's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12.1 All content on the gul91 Platform — including but not limited to the gul91 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, odds data, and game content provided by third-party studios — is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights owned by or licensed to gul91.
12.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without gul91's prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use.
12.3 Third-party game content (e.g., titles from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Pocket Games Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe) remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is used by gul91 under valid licence agreements.
13.1 gul91 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
13.2 gul91 will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

14.1 gul91 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or an on-Platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the change taking effect, except where an urgent change is required (for example, to comply with a change in applicable law), in which case the change may take effect immediately.
14.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform.
15.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which gul91 is licensed and incorporated.
15.2 Both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute arising under these Terms in good faith through direct negotiation before initiating formal legal proceedings.
15.3 Nothing in this clause affects any mandatory consumer-protection rights that may apply to you under the laws of Indonesia.
